You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting content, you grant Thinkrut a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

Thinkrut offers various subscription plans, including free and paid options. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on the Pricing page. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and you agree to provide accurate payment information. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Free Trial

If you are participating in a free trial, you will have access to the Platform for a limited time, as specified in the free trial offer. After the free trial period, your account will be automatically converted to the selected paid subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

8. Termination

Thinkrut reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform and any content associated with your account.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thinkrut, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
